A self-described “workhorse,” Mindy Ashdown is on pace to surpass her production goal of $70 million for the year, funding a projected $40 million for the first half of 2017. In 2016, Ashdown qualified for Academy’s President’s Club, which consists of the company’s highest performers. Having been in the business since 1996, Ashdown has served in various capacities, including loan officer, branch manager, vice president and processor.
Nearly all of Ashdown’s business is focused on new home construction. She supports her builder partners in numerous ways, attending open houses and marching in parades to hand out promotional swag. She also participates in local service projects with her builder partners and is involved with food drives in her community to feed students in need.
