Vicki DiPasquale has been recognized as one of the leading women in the US mortgage industry by being listed in the 2017 edition of Mortgage Professional America's Elite Women
Vicki DiPasquale has been with Simplifile, a provider of real estate document collaboration and recording technologies for lenders, settlement agents and counties, for more than eight years. A 30-year veteran of the title industry, DiPasquale is one of the industry’s preeminent experts and educators on e-recording, lender-settlement collaboration and post-closing. Her expertise has been essential in helping Simplifile understand the needs of its customers – and, consequently, to Simplifile’s product development, sales and overall success.
DiPasquale’s consultative approach to sales and ability to deliver hands-on expertise, education and training helped Simplifile grow the number of settlement agents submitting documents through its e-recording service by more than 300% between 2009 and 2013. Similarly, DiPasquale is aggressive in supporting new counties’ efforts to better understand the benefits of e-recording and has helped Simplifile add 260 counties to its e-recording network since January 2016. DiPasquale also manages an experienced sales force deployed throughout the United States. Her leadership has been instrumental in coordinating internal sales development and educational efforts.
Outside of her work for Simplifile, DiPasquale develops and teaches state-approved courses on e-recording, collaboration and post-closing that provide continuing education credits for title agents. She also regularly participates as a panel speaker at national title industry and county recording conferences, including the 2013 National Settlement Service Summit and the ALTA 2014 National Convention. Her thought leadership regularly appears in such publications as ALTA TitleNews and The Title Report.
