As the new product development manager at International Document Services [IDS], Beckie Santos sits at the nexus of development, operations and compliance to help shape the direction of the Salt Lake City-based fintech firm’s product innovations. Whether it’s ensuring clients have ample time to review pending system changes or overseeing developments to aid in HMDA, ULAD and TRID compliance, Santos always ensures that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of her efforts.
Since joining IDS as an entry-level developer in 2004, Santos has become the go-to person for tackling the firm’s most complex projects. She has played an integral role in enhancing IDS’ LOS integrations and directing the construction and delivery of the company’s hybrid e-closing solution. Her efforts have ensured that IDS’ product solutions meet the needs of both regulators and customers, and she was integral in the seamless rollout of new functionalities within idsDoc.
