Dawn Adams joined RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation in 2009; today, she oversees the company’s foreclosure, bankruptcy, property preservation, claims and REO departments. In 2016, Adams was promoted to senior vice president of default servicing at a time when RoundPoint was experiencing a rapid expansion. She successfully managed the challenges of increased volume and a growing staff by introducing automation and new controls to streamline operations, enhance organizational efficiency and maintain a risk-averse model.
Recently, she oversaw the implementation of a new software program to assist with claims filing. Adams also participates in RoundPoint’s mentoring program and volunteers with local nonprofits that help those in the foster care system.
