Since being named one of MPA’s Elite Women in 2015 and 2017, Desteni Mason has continued to grow her company into one of the top USDA lenders in the states of Indiana and Ohio. She has led her Mason Knows Mortgages Team at KTL Performance Mortgage through continued growth, independently closing more than 240 loans in 2017. In the coming year, she will lead KTL’s growth campaigns in Indiana, Kentucky and Florida through a strategic social media campaign challenging new homebuyers to “Live their Destiny.”
Mason also created a brand that is devoted to the development of women and has written a book that gives women the tools to ‘rise above’ their expenses. In addition, she developed a three-month training series that helps women align their hearts, minds and wallets. Mason is also actively involved in several associations, including the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Business and Professional Women’s Foundation, and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women, and she and her team regularly engage with charitable organizations.
