As manager at HQ Vendor Management [HQVM], the vendor-management-focused arm of Mortgage Quality Management & Research [MQMR], Erin Harris sits at the helm of one of the industry’s most innovative and respected vendor management firms. Under her leadership, HQVM has completed thousands of vendor reviews that encompass several areas, including QC risk reviews, reviews of production and service-level agreements, financial assessments, and onsite vendor audits. Much of HQVM’s success in delivering comprehensive vendor management solutions to the mortgage industry can be attributed to Harris’ leadership and customer service skills, which she continues to hone as a participant in the MBA’s Future Leaders program.
Prior to joining MQMR, Harris created, developed and implemented a full vendor management program for Churchill Mortgage Corp. Her practical knowledge of building and maintaining a vendor management platform, and the operational requirements needed to complete a thorough and sufficient onsite review, gives her a unique and dynamic perspective that she uses to assist both lenders and vendors.
