Armed with more than 25 years of mortgage experience, Jacqueline Jones is responsible for managing BCL of Texas’ NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance program for several counties in the Austin, Texas, area. From 2016 to 2018, the program successfully assisted 449 families. Jones is also charged with developing and marketing strategic lending products that extend BCL of Texas’ full-cycle lending partnership to current and new clients. Jones strives to ensure her clients can make informed decisions by imparting her knowledge of the mortgage industry, especially when it comes to understanding the refinance and purchasing finance processes. Prior to BCL, Jones worked with some of the top mortgage companies, title organizations and Realtors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She regularly lends her knowledge to educate clients associated with the Dallas Urban League, Dallas Housing Authority, Plano Housing Authority and Fort Worth Housing Authority. She also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and is a member of the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of NAREB and National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers.
