Jennifer Kim started her mortgage career in 2001 as a loan officer at NVA Financial in Annandale, Virginia. While there, she helped the company expand and open two other branch offices in Rockville, Maryland, and Virginia Beach, and was promoted to vice president within three years. Kim went on to work for a wholesale lender before retuning to the retail side as a loan originator at SunTrust Bank. There, she became a manager and the second best producer at her branch until she departed in 2012 to join Mortgage 4 U. Last year, when the founder of Mortgage 4 U stepped down, he offered Kim the opportunity to become its leader and 100% shareholder. Since taking the reins, Kim has become an inspiration and role model, earning the respect of her many colleagues from around the globe.
