As SVP of product management at Cloudvirga, Josephine Yen is a driving force behind one of the fastest-growing and most disruptive firms in digital mortgage technology. Yen began her career as a consultant at global professional services firms Accenture and Reuters. She stumbled into the mortgage industry in 2003 when she accepted a consulting gig for Ameriquest Mortgage, where her team developed an automated appraisal order management system and served as architects of a proprietary LOS.
Yen went on to tackle a series of technical projects for BearingPoint, Aurora Loan Services (Lehman Brothers), Washington Mutual, LPL Financial and Union Bank of California in the years leading up to the financial crisis. Before joining Cloudvirga, Yen spent more than seven years in management roles at ServiceLink and LSI. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has shared her extensive knowledge as a guest speaker for MBA and undergraduate business courses at California State University.
