As the national settlement account manager at Simplifile, Toni Carroll bridges the collaboration gap between settlement and mortgage. Leveraging her 33 years of title industry expertise, Carroll spearheads education and relationship-building initiatives that have resulted in company-wide innovations in sales, product development, strategy and customer success. She has conducted more than 3,000 closings over the course of her career, and her intimate knowledge of the process has enabled her to effectively advocate the benefits of digital collaboration not only on behalf of Simplifile, but for the entire mortgage industry.
Carroll is an active member of the American Land Title Association, where she serves on both the Homebuyer Outreach Program and membership committees, and she frequently speaks on behalf of the Homebuyer Outreach Program. She is also a regular presenter at title and settlement conferences.
