When Tyrell Hobbs sets a goal, she hits it, as is evident in her year-over-year growth in total production volume. That growth is particularly significant, as she lives and works in a small market in central Oregon. A member of Academy’s President’s Club, Hobbs says her key to success is staying in front of her referral partners by being accessible, keeping in contact and providing absolute follow-through.
Hobbs and her team are also dedicated to their community, volunteering for at least one service project each quarter and regularly donating needed items to a local homeless shelter. Hobbs also donates $100 of every loan closed to purchasing supplies for the shelter.
