Under his leadership, Waterstone created HowToCloseOnTime.com, a proprietary online calendar tool that provides a timeline for loan officers and their clients. The tool has been so successful that Waterstone broke company records in 2015, hitting $2 billion in sales for the first time. In addition to his duties at Waterstone, Egenhoefer serves on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Realtors Association and sits on the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Independent Mortgage Bankers Executive Council.
