In 2015, Stoddard launched Quandis Loan Servicing, an end-to-end technology platform that automates the default process for servicers, lenders, attorneys and other relevant parties. He also spearheaded the creation of the Servicemembers Relief Act Enhanced Technology Solution, which helps prevent illegal foreclosures on members of the military on active status. Prior to co-founding Quandis, Stoddard founded LenStar, the industry’s most widely used default servicing attorney technology hub.
