Ken Markizon started Key Capital Mortgage in 2015 to provide brokers and small business owners an alternative to banks and hard money lenders. The company successfully completed its first year in October 2016; Markizon says his favorite part of the job is working with brokers and small business owners throughout the country to help them get the money they need to be successful.
