He worked his way up at Optima Bank & Trust, first to full-time teller and then eventually to his current position as a mortgage loan originator, which allows him to help his clients navigate the complexities of the mortgage industry. “Helping people – short and simple – is what I get excited for each and every day,” he says. Kallgren is also one of the founding members of the Young Mortgage Professionals Association, formed just last year.
