As a team member you will enjoy:
- Mortgage Banker Platform – With extensive product offerings including, FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and Reverse Mortgages, all underwritten, closed and funded IN-HOUSE. For those niche products, you maintain your ability to Broker these loans.
- Cutting Edge Technology – Real-time pricing engine interfaces with web based Encompass LOS with completely paperless submissions.
- Marketing Department – In-house marketing department. As a loan officer or branch manager you will receive complete marketing support. Our design services cost you nothing and our team is dedicated to increasing your visibility through email marketing, online marketing, social media, print, and special event support. Our company store features a wide array of top notch marketing material with the ability to request custom work.
- Website – Branches receive a website with a custom domain and search engine optimization. Your mortgage branch website will include full and short applications that can be customized for each loan officer. These mortgage applications upload directly to the corresponding loan officers online pipeline.
- Branch Control – You are in complete control of the profitability of your branch. All IMG employees are W2, but the compensation level and bonus levels will be branch-specific as determined by you.
- Training and Support – Web-based training on products, procedures and technology, help desks with dedicated emails for lock desk, underwriting questions and scenarios, 24- to 48-hour turn-times on both underwriting and closing request.
- Accounting – Complete P&L support, payroll, with personalized summary overview for your branch with detailed overview and detailed branch activity and individual closed loans as well.
