The former American Capital Mortgage Investment vice president joins the California-based lender.
Carrington Holding Co. has named Rudy Orman managing director of business development for Carrington Mortgage Holdings. In the position, Orman will serve as the new intuitional business liaison for Carrington’s real estate and mortgage divisions. With over 29 years of industry experience, Orman possesses a rich history of managing business growth and developing key relationships within the housing sector.

Prior to joining Carrington, Orman served as senior vice president and director of marketing and business development at RCS, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Capital Mortgage Investment.
Orman was also vice president of business development for Marathon Asset Management LLC, and for the GSAMP mortgage conduit of Goldman Sachs. He is designated by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America as a Certified Mortgage Banker.
Orman holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tampa College, and an undergraduate degree in business from The University of Florida.
