The NAIHP, and a host of other associations, have sent a letter outlining their objections regarding the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) proposed Rule on LO Compensation.
NAIHP encourages ALL originators to submit a comment letter to the CFPB on this important issue. Comments MUST be received by the CFPB no later than October 16th. If you wish to use all or part of our comment letter when writing your own, please email [email protected] for permission.
