Inlanta Mortgage’s Chief Operating Officer Paul Buege was tapped by the WMBA to join the board at the recent installation meeting at County Springs Hotel in Pewaukee, Wis. that was attended by general membership, organization officers and employees from Inlanta Mortgage, and the guest speaker for the event, the state’s Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch.
“I am proud to be joining the board of directors of an organization known for its strong leadership representing the real estate finance industry,” says Buege. “The mortgage industry has created a lifetime of opportunities for myself, my family, and the companies I have served. It’s a real privilege and a responsibility to give something back to my profession. The old adage is really true... it’s better to give than receive.”
The WMBA represents the needs of the residential real estate finance industry in Wisconsin.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Buege manages all aspects of daily operations at Inlanta Mortgage including underwriting, funding and central processing. Buege also leads the company's development in joint venture mortgage partnership opportunities with leading real estate, builder, and relocation management companies across the United States.
In addition, he manages groups responsible for business alliances, marketing services, service arrangements and sales. He brings over 25 years of successful strategic and sales management to Inlanta.
Buege’s appointment shouldn’t come as a surprise, as Inlanta team members are highly engaged in mortgage advocacy on both a state and national level.
Inlanta Mortgage President Nicholas DelTorto served as President of the WMBA in 2014 and recently participated on the Mortgage Bankers Association Advocacy Forum in Washington D.C.
Inlanta Mortgage Branch Manager Yvette Clermont serves on MORPAC, MBA’s political steering committee. Yvette was recently recognized as one of the “Elite Women in Mortgage” by Mortgage Professional America for her contributions to the mortgage industry.
