Mortgage loan servicer Cenlar FSB has tapped Leslie Peeler (pictured) as its new executive vice president and chief operating officer.
In her new role, Peeler will be responsible for establishing the vision and agenda for Cenlar’s servicing operations. Her duties will include developing and implementing strategic priorities, enhancing client partnerships, and driving process automation and digitization.

She also headed Promontory Financial Group, IBM’s global risk and compliance consulting and managed services business.
Prior to IBM, Peeler held leadership roles at Fannie Mae, overseeing the performance of its $3 trillion active loan portfolio. She began her career at GMAC Mortgage, where she worked in loan servicing and capital markets.
Commenting on her appointment, Cenlar president and CEO David Schneider said, “With more than 20 years of experience transforming organizational productivity, efficiency and profitability, Leslie is an exceptional leader who will help drive Cenlar’s long-term success. I am confident that her considerable talent and professional track record align with our priorities as she has successfully led large, transformative initiatives – experience that will be invaluable as we continue to build a stronger, more resilient organization.”
“I am excited to join Cenlar and work alongside this stellar leadership team and talented group of mortgage servicing professionals,” Peeler said in a Press release. “Together with my colleagues, I look forward to delivering excellent value and reliable service to our clients while creating the best experience for their homeowners.”
