He joins the company with over 20 years of loan origination experience
Certainty Home Lending has announced the appointment of Andrew Siddon (pictured) as executive vice president, divisional manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Siddon joins the company with over 20 years of loan origination experience. He is set to lead expansion efforts in the Washington DC metro area, as well as the broader Mid-Atlantic region.
Keith Stiles, executive vice president and divisional executive at Certainty Home Lending, said in an emailed statement that he is confident that Siddon will be “a driver for the brand’s growth in the market.”
“The Certainty culture is one that empowers our producers to close on time while keeping their focus on the wants and needs of their clients,” said Stiles, who has previously worked with Siddon. “The leadership team works hard to ensure we have ready and direct access to the technology, product mix, pricing and support needed to do things the right way.”
Siddon also shared his enthusiasm about joining Certainty Home Lending, citing the company’s scale and resources as key factors in his decision.
“Having the backing of a national powerhouse like Guaranteed Rate gives my clients access to the products, pricing, technology and service levels few boutique lenders can offer,” he said. “At the same time, Certainty enables us to take our time with our borrowers and learn their needs, then carefully align the right product to their goals, as would any good financial advisor.”
Certainty Home Lending is as part of Guaranteed Rate. It offers a wide range of loan products, along with a technology and marketing suite for originators.
“Andrew and Keith have repeatedly demonstrated for over 20 years that the most successful way to produce origination volume is by doing it the right way,” said Franco Terango, CEO of Certainty Home Lending. “We have no doubt Andrew will hit the ground running and know that he and Keith will not only grow our name in the Mid-Atlantic, but that they’ll do by being hands on with producers as well.”
Last month, Certainty Home Lending named Darius Korybko as vice president of business development.
