Capstone Direct Mortgage founder joins the CMG's California team
CMG Home Loans, a subsidiary of wholesale lender CMG Financial, has welcomed industry veteran Michael Wise (pictured) to its leadership team in California as area sales manager.
Wise brings three decades of experience to CMG, 20 years of which he spent at Capstone Direct Mortgage Financing. Wise founded Capstone in 2007 and led the company until July 2023.
"I have managed each aspect of the company, from originating loans to selling them to investors to payroll," Wise said. "I have learned each aspect of what needs to be done to make a mortgage company run."
