Company taps finance head as CFO
Patrick Rutherford, former finance executive at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), has made the switch to fintech company FormFree.
FormFree has announced that it has named Rutherford as its new chief financial officer, a role that will see him lead the company’s finance, accounting and compliance functions.
“Patrick’s breadth of innovative financial management experience at Fortune 500 companies like ICE and Home Depot made him the perfect choice for helping FormFree reach new heights,” said FormFree founder and CEO Brent Chandler. “We look forward to having Patrick at the helm of FormFree’s financial growth.”

Rutherford most recently served as finance senior director at ICE’s global finance team. Before that, he held various leadership positions at other financial firms, including The Home Depot, Black & Decker, and Lithonia Lighting. Rutherford started his career as an investment analyst at Morgan Stanley.
