It's the third branch in two months
Geneva Financial has opened a new branch location in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with Adam Kernen (pictured) at the helm as branch manager.
The new branch provides opportunities for local borrowers and buyers looking to navigate the current housing market, continuing Geneva’s service through various product offerings such as conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, refinance, reverse, jumbo loans, condo financing and more.

Kernen joined Geneva from Gold Star Mortgage Financial Group, where he also served as branch manager. His 20-year career in the mortgage industry also includes time spent at United Comminute Bank as a mortgage loan originator.
“The growth in the South Carolina market over the past year showed us it was time for a new base of operations,” Kernen said. “This new branch location is our opportunity to better serve borrowers in our community and across the Carolinas in achieving their goals of homeownership and refinance strategy.”
Geneva is currently expanding in various markets and is seeking branch managers and loan originators across the US. Just last month, it opened new locations in Oregon and Seattle.
The South Carolina branch adds to the Arizona-based lender’s 130 branch locations across 46 states.
