Success Mortgage Partners CEO to take on the role
The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced today the nomination of Owen Lee, CEO of Success Mortgage Partners, as the organization's vice chairman for the 2025 membership year.
Lee will officially assume the role of vice chairman at MBA’s 111th Annual Convention in Denver this October. According to MBA's bylaws, he is expected to become chairman-elect for the 2026 membership year and ascend to MBA chairman in 2027.
“It is my honor to welcome Owen Lee, an exemplary leader and prominent voice in the real estate finance industry, to MBA’s leadership ladder,” Mark Jones, 2024 MBA chairman and president of Union Home Mortgage, said in a statement. “For years, Owen has been one of MBA’s most active members, and I am confident his innate ability to influence, endless energy, and relentless passion in pushing for positive change will lead to successful outcomes for homeowners, renters, and our membership.”
Lee co-founded Michigan-based Success Mortgage Partners in 2002 and has grown the company into a national leader. Under his leadership, the company has closed billions in mortgage loans annually since 2016 and operates in 42 states with over 600 employees. Lee also leads Title Partners, a full-service title and escrow company.
