Two experienced mortgage professionals have left their previous roles to take on key positions at a wholesale lender and mortgage servicer.

Megan Castleton (pictured left), a seasoned expert in credit, risk management, and fraud prevention, has joined wholesale lender Constructive Capital as chief credit officer. At Constructive Capital, Castleton will focus on crafting credit policies that align with market demands and overseeing strategic risk management. Her role includes monitoring credit risks, optimizing portfolio performance, and introducing lending products tailored to evolving market conditions.

“We’re delighted to welcome Megan to our team,” said Constructive Capital president Ben Fertig. “She has a wealth of mortgage lending and operations experience, and a proven track record in developing automated underwriting systems and establishing policies for unique products.
