Mortgage subservicing firm welcomes new directors

Cenlar FSB, a mortgage subservicing company, has announced the appointment of five new directors as well as the promotion of three leaders.

“I welcome the new directors to Cenlar and congratulate our promoted employees,” said Glen Vilim, the firm’s chief talent officer. “I am confident in their abilities to deliver the highest quality of service to all of our stakeholders and look forward to their continued success and contributions to the company.”

Who are the new directors?

The firm’s new directors are S. Courtney Collier-Beyer, Ajanta Jain, William Keller, Austin Stoop, and Terry Webb.

With 15 years of experience focused on providing thought leadership when it comes to workplace practices and policies as well as creating programs that optimizes employee performance, Collier-Beyer is the firm’s new director of HR compliance and employee relations. She will be tasked with ensuring compliance regarding important employment laws, regulations, policies, and practices.

Jain is the new director of information security, cyber GRC and will be responsible for security efforts being executed, including those related to regulatory examinations, audits, compliance, and SOC1/SOC2 engagements. He is also tasked with executing enterprise risk management activities which involve risk and controls self-assessment and issues management.

Keller is the firm’s new director of financial planning and analysis. He will take charge of implementing and supporting models that are used to measure performance across the organization. He is notably a key member within the finance team and a key financial liaison to the operations management team.

Stoop is the new director of enterprise risk management. Previously the vice president of servicing compliance at AHP Servicing as well as the director of compliance testing at PHH Mortgage Corp, Stoop has experience when it comes to compliance risk management as he specializes in assessing regulatory guidance, conducting compliance testing, managing compliance operations, and guiding operational risk mitigation in fast-paced and challenging environments.

Webb is the newly assigned director of information technology and will be focusing on the operational effectiveness, stability, as well as the security of infrastructure at Cenlar. He will be supporting digital transformation and providing technology solutions in order to enhance business productivity and profitability, while also mentoring employees and developing professional goals.

Who are the promoted leaders?

Cenlar’s newly promoted leaders include: Jacob Foerter, Andrea Leisten, and Lauran Ann Pontelandolfo.

Foerter was promoted to director of financial planning and analysis. He will be looking after staffing forecasting as well as revenue forecasting. He has been with Cenlar for 10 years and held multiple roles such as senior finance manager, senior financial analyst, and performance management analyst.

Leisten has been promoted to director of corporate education. Being an employee of Cenlar since 2013, she was its e-learning education manager and senior manager of instructional design. In her new role, she will oversee the instructional design and delivery functions of the corporate education team - which will include new hire orientation, functional training education material and delivery, corporate compliance education, and leadership/management education.

Pontelandolfo has been promoted to director, assistant general counsel where she will advise the firm about new and existing federal and state statutes or regulations and offer legal interpretations should there be a need to implement any changes required. She will also guide the organization if there are any issues regarding privacy.
