New appointment brings 24 years of industry experience to the role
Movement Mortgage has recruited one of Guaranteed Rate’s top-producing loan officers to join its Seattle branch as senior branch manager.
Lee Aldrich, who has 24 years of mortgage industry experience, came to Movement after nearly three years at Guaranteed Rate, where he served as branch manager. He has also held roles in Eagle Home Mortgage and Stearns Lending.

“We’re excited to have Lee join the Movement family here in Seattle,” said Ryan Hills, Movement’s regional director of the Pacific Mountain Region. “Back in Minnesota, he was top five statewide in units and top ten in volume. We know he’ll crush it here as well.”
“I love the vision of doing more than just mortgages. Most important to me is to give back to underserved communities, first responders, and the military. It’s nice to see that Movement has great programs for those buyers,” Aldrich said. “I’ll miss the team I worked with back in the Midwest, but I’m excited to be moving to Seattle. I look forward to using my experience to help improve the local team to have a more significant positive impact on families during one of the most important transactions of their lives.”
