Executive brings two decades of experience to the role
Newrez has brought on industry veteran Neenu Kainth as its new chief digital officer.
Kainth brings more than two decades of experience driving digital transformations at Fortune 500 companies. As chief digital officer, she will lead the digital adoption of Newrez, with a focus on improving customer experience, optimizing cost structures for its loan serving business, and increasing customer retention for the company's origination channels.
In a statement, Newrez described Kainth as a leader who “possesses a keen expertise in building customer solutions through technology and product management, positioning her for success in driving digital innovation, strategy, and execution for the company.”

Before joining Newrez, Kainth spent over seven years at Mr. Cooper, where she most recently served as chief digital officer. Her 20-year career also includes time spent at Verizon, PRTM, Comcast, and Objectivity.
