Northpointe Bank announces leadership changes; promotes Kevin Comps to president and Amy Butler to EVP of National Sales
Northpointe Bank has announced changes to its executive leadership team.
Kevin Comps has been promoted to president, while Amy Butler has been promoted to executive vice president of national sales.
A veteran of the organization, Comps joined the bank in 2013 as VP Controller and returned in 2017 after a brief departure. During his tenure, he held multiple critical roles, including chief financial officer, chief credit officer, and most recently as the bank's chief operating officer and executive vice president.
As the bank's newest president, Comps is expected to lead strategic initiatives and push collaboration across departmental lines. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Comps is positioned to guide the bank’s future direction, a release stated.
Meanwhile, Butler joined the bank in February 2020 as regional vice president of Southeast. During her term, she led cross-functional partnerships helping move the organisation forward.
Butler's new position will allow her to further execute the sales strategy for the organization. Her promotion comes from her leadership record, as well as commitment to the bank's mission, it was stated.
"We are entering an exciting new chapter of growth, and with this dynamic leadership team in place, we are poised to embrace new opportunities and accelerate our success in the months ahead,” CEO Chuck Williams said.
