Appointee brings 32 years of industry experience
Planet Home Lending has brought on mortgage industry veteran Lynette Hale-Lee to help the company grow its market share in the West region.
As western regional manager, Hale-Lee will oversee the recruitment of mortgage loan originators and the opening of new branches in the region.
Commenting on the appointment, company head Michael Dubeck said Hale-Lee "will be instrumental in advancing Planet Home Lending's mission to help more homebuyers and homeowners across the country.
"Lynette is a widely respected leader in the mortgage industry who has a striking ability to connect with people and guide them toward success. Her deep knowledge of the lending space and what it takes to grow as a loan officer in this field is what makes her such an invaluable asset to our team."

Hale-Lee started her mortgage and real estate journey in 1988. Early in her career, she held market positions at title and escrow companies. Hale-Lee later joined Oakmont Mortgage as a loan originator and since then has served at various mortgage companies, including Prospect Mortgage, AmeriPro Home Loans, and Capstone Direct Mortgage Financing. Most recently, she was the western regional manager at Wintrust Mortgage.
