New retail location to benefit from decades of mortgage expertise
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) has hired Don MacKenzie (pictured) to oversee its latest retail location in Port Townsend, Wash.
The company said that the new branch aims to strengthen PRMG’s presence on the West Coast under MacKenzie’s guidance as sales team lead.
In his new position, MacKenzie will report to Baron O’Brien, national business development manager, and will be supported by Chris Sorensen, PRMG’s senior vice president and director of national retail production.
MacKenzie brings 27 years of experience from Mortgage Solutions Financial, Prime Lending, and Bay Equity.

“I’m looking forward to building a branch for the long haul with team members I highly respect,” MacKenzie said in a news release.
The expansion comes on the heels of the launch of PRMG’s partnership program for unlicensed real estate brokers. The new partnership model provides support and technology to brokers without requiring the broker-owner or real estate teams to obtain licensing.
