Rate, formerly known as Guaranteed Rate, has launched a new executive sales coaching program called Success Coaching Solutions.
The program aims to boost productivity and drive growth for Rate’s sales teams through tailored coaching sessions, performance tracking, and insights from senior leaders. The program is specifically designed for producers looking to organize their business, accelerate growth, and implement techniques to potentially double or triple their current production.
Rate has tapped industry veteran Daniel Manginelli (pictured) to spearhead the new program as sales coaching executive. Manginelli, who brings over 35 years of mortgage industry experience, will lead bi-weekly coaching sessions designed to help mortgage professionals maximize their potential and achieve exceptional results.
“I believe the best coaches and mentors have lived what they coach,” Manginelli said in a Press release. “With over three decades in sales, I have built a career on growth and achieving at the highest level. My goal at Rate is to integrate technology into the coaching platform, ensuring accountability and leveraging Rate’s tools to their highest and best use. We aim to double each sales individual’s growth within 12 months.”
Manginelli is the author of two books on success and personal development and has coached thousands of salespeople nationwide through his company, the Manginelli Group. His extensive background includes roles at Ameritrust Home Mortgage, Inspire Home Loans, South Pacific Financial, Pacific Mercantile Bank, Prospect Mortgage, and American Home Mortgage.
