Duo brings 50 years of combined experience
SitusAMC has made two promotions within its title search division, Title Production Solutions (formerly String Real Estate Information Services).
The company has appointed Joe Salmons as senior vice president of sales and Rob Dace as associate vice president of sales. Salmons will lead the strategic and operational direction of the sales team, while Dace will focus on building the firm’s client relationships.

Salmons, who brings more than two decades of experience in the mortgage and title industries, joined SitusAMC in 2020. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions at various fintech firms, including Visible Equity, ValueCheck, First Valuation, National1 Source.com, Lenders First Choice.
Dace also came to SitusAMC in 2020 as a senior account executive. He has over 30 years of experience, including time spent at String Real Estate Information Services, Michigan United Mortgage, NYBC Mortgage, HomeBridge Wholesale, Homeward Funding, and more.
