Company attracts key name
Synergy One Lending has announced the appointment of industry veteran Juan Cepeda as its new director of strategic markets.
With 23 years of mortgage experience under his belt, Cepeda has focused on building out retail lending platforms for independent mortgage banks over the last decade.

He has also held multiple sales and operational leadership positions during his career, including time spent at Alterra Home Loans, Impac Mortgage, and Iserve Residential Lending. Most recently, Cepeda served as the senior vice president of production at Alterra.
