Real estate auction firm John Dixon & Associates is hoping to expand its live auctions service through banks, institutions and individuals.
Its online auction platform is gaining interest and the ones scheduled for later this month have several banks, REITS and individuals lined up as sellers. In total 560 properties in 165 groupings will be offered by 56 sellers.
"We analyzed the whole auction marketplace and found that real estate owners of all types and sizes needed a more efficient and cost-effective way to sell in live auctions. Our enhanced Multi-Seller program provides the excitement of a live auction and the broader reach of online bidding," said President John Dixon.
He added that the auction method is getting a big response because of the excitement of the live bidding process.
The upcoming auctions are live at venues in Florida and Georgia and online. Others that are active at this time of year include Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland.
