Firm has taken full control of Arizona-based Title Security Agency
Title insurance, settlement services, and risk assessment firm First American has expanded its business through the full acquisition of an Arizona-based firm.
First American has been a minority owner of Title Security Agency for 5 years but now owns the Arizona-based firm which has 17 offices across the state.

Title Security Agency will benefit from the additional underwriting capabilities and other resources that being part of the larger business will provide.
Title Security Agency, LLC President Vivian Boggie, Chief Operating Officer Bruce Jacobs and Senior Vice President Mary Ann Christensen will remain with the company and manage the day-to-day operations.
