Christie's International now has a brokerage in the region
One of the world’s most well-known luxury real estate brands has expanded to the greater Seattle area.
Christie’s International Real Estate’s new brokerage will be led by Kendra Ratcliff of the firm’s exclusive affiliate in Oregon and Washington, Luxe Christie’s International Real Estate; and Scott Wasner, a leading expert in luxury real estate in the greater Seattle region who joins from Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in the region.
Christie’s identified the Seattle region as one of the markets to watch in a 2018 report due to its 70% year-over-year increase in luxury home sales.

The firm opened its first company brokerage in 2018 in New York City and has since expanded them to Aspen, Colorado, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester and the Hudson Valley in New York.
Its invitation-only affiliate network covers 49 countries and territories.
