Sale marks a milestone for the market
A home in Paradise Valley has become the highest-priced sale in the state.
With a $19.25 million sale price, Walt Danley and Catherine Jacobson of Walt Danley Christie’s International Real Estate’s client was matched with the estate owned by Robert Sarver, owner of the Phoenix Suns and Executive Chairman of Western Alliance Bancorporation.
The home boasts a 28,043 square-foot sprawling mansion including a state-of-the-art indoor basketball arena and majestic views of Camelback Mountain.
