It has been brought to my attention that more and more lenders are using Brokers to do Broker Price Opinions, and then the lenders are relying exclusively on the BPO?s for the conclusion of value. Do you feel- A. This is good, because it ensures proper valuations B. This is not good because it creates the possibility of a conflict of interest C.
