The national mortgage lender plans to hire for critical positions including sales, operations, and tech
AmeriSave Mortgage has announced plans to add more than 2,000 employees over the next six months.
The Atlanta-based mortgage lender is looking to recruit more loan officers, mortgage underwriters, loan processors, mortgage specialists, technology roles, and customer care positions, among others.
Mike Berte, president and chief operations officer of AmeriSave, said that the move came on the heels of a record year for the company.
“Last year was an incredible year, and we have carried that momentum into 2020,” he said. “Beginning in March, we quickly pivoted the majority of our workforce to a remote/work-from-home environment. Our team has been remarkable, and I am very proud of how they have responded to serve our customers across the nation during the pandemic. With interest rates at record lows, our business is booming, and we find ourselves in a unique position to help thousands of people who may have recently lost their jobs in the communities that we serve.”
AmeriSave’s direct mortgage lending services are available in 49 states and Washington, D.C.
“We are building something truly special at AmeriSave, and we can offer something for nearly everyone career-wise,” Berte said. “Whether you are an experienced loan officer, underwriter, or processor looking for more tools and support, a recent college grad with zero experience, or a military veteran seeking a new career opportunity after bravely serving our country – we have world-class training and support for all who join the AmeriSave family.”
