HomeFinder redesigns the real estate portal to be more consumer-friendly
Real estate portal HomeFinder has partnered with ATTOM Data Solutions to upgrade its off-market property search portal.
ATTOM will provide the portal with data and give consumers more information about a particular neighborhood and home they are considering. Last month, HomeFinder completed adding 100 million off-market properties to its portal.
“Our company has been focused on making sure HomeFinder continues to be very relevant as a search portal for all consumers looking for their next home,” HomeFinder CEO Mike Sawtell said. “The latest version of HomeFinder 2.0, which has been rebuilt from the ground up, focuses on ease of use while providing timely, relevant property data that will empower consumers to make sound buying decisions.”
Additionally, HomeFinder is utilizing ATTOM’s automated valuation model and its set of property data and local information.
