America’s fastest-growing real estate brokerage network expands yet again
Berkshire Hathaway, the country’s fastest-growing network of real estate brokers, is expanding yet again with Today Realty of Gunnison joining its brokerage nexus, according to a news release.
A Colorado-based company, Today Realty is owned by broker Jason Lain. It caters to Gunnison, Crested Butte, Lake City and surrounding areas and focuses on real estate sales, rentals and caretaking needs.
“Today we step forward to a whole new era at our brokerage,” said Lain. “In Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, we join a prestigious brand with a deep array of tools, resources and services my agents can use right away. We are a strong, local agency that just grew stronger.”
Lain added that the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices name will draw clients “from entry-level homes to the finest of resort properties in Crested Butte.”
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform will be accessible to Today Realty agents.
The tool suite focuses on on lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution and more. It will also provide local and worldwide marketing support, professional education and the Luxury Collection, Berkshire’s marketing program for high-end and resort listings.
