Black Knight acquires digital document firm

Black Knight has announced the acquisition of digital document firm DocVerify.

In a statement, Black Knight said that that the acquisition will accelerate its goal of “digitizing the entirety of the real estate and mortgage continuum,” since DocVerify’s digital document verification capabilities are already integrated with its own digital closing platform.
