Loan teams can pre-fill an application in Blend from a lead in Salesforce
Technology company Blend has introduced the Blend App on Salesforce AppExchange, an enterprise applications marketplace.
The Blend App allows loan teams to create and pre-fill a loan application in Blend from a lead, opportunity, or customer object in Salesforce. Blend said this allows lenders to streamline how they build and manage their pipelines.
Blend's workflow also enables loan officers to send and manage full mortgage or home-equity loan applications through the platform. Loan teams using the app can also take advantage of out-of-the-box integrations that link a customer's CRM to the loan application experience throughout its lifecycle. This feature equips loan officers with a holistic view of borrower information like assets, income, credit history, and more.
"The paper-based nature of traditional lending processes can lead to siloed data, inefficiency, and even the alienation of creditworthy consumers seeking loans," Blend CEO Nima Ghamsari said. "With this integration, we're helping lenders gain data transparency across the entire borrower journey and build loyalty with their customers by delivering a seamless user experience."
"We are happy to welcome Blend onto AppExchange as they work to make the lending ecosystem more efficient and borrower-friendly," said Mike Wolff, senior vice president of independent software vendor sales at Salesforce. "The exponential growth of AppExchange highlights the large scope of opportunities the entire Salesforce ecosystem has in building cutting-edge solutions that are driving customer success."
