The former ServiceMac exec will enhance Caliber's use of data and analytics
Caliber Home Loans has appointed David Schroeder as its executive vice president of third-party originations (TPO).
In this role, Schroeder will oversee the improvement of Caliber's use of data and analytics to advance TPO production capabilities. He will also work with the TPO team to continue the company's expansion in the market.
Schroeder most recently served as executive vice president of marketing and retention at ServiceMac. Before that, he led the third-party originations channel of Quicken Loans for more than seven years.
"We are delighted to have David join Caliber at such a critical time," said Caliber CEO Sanjiv Das. "David's experience and wealth of knowledge will be invaluable as we focus our commitment to speed, the best price, and best execution through leading-edge technology and our delivery model."
Schroeder will report to Russ Smith, executive vice president of national production and chief operating officer of Caliber Home Loans.
