The new exec will be responsible for the firm’s sales strategies and customer relationships
Calyx has appointed mortgage veteran Robert Shumake as the company’s national sales consultant.
With over 20 years of fintech and mortgage banking experience, Shumake will develop sales strategies and managing customer relationships for Calyx Path, the firm’s digital loan-origination system.
Shumake most recently was the account executive of digital mortgage at eOriginal, a provider of digital transaction management products and services. Before eOriginal, he served as vice president of national sales at ClosingCorp. He has also held sales positions at several home lending firms, including First Mortgage Corporation, Home Savings of America, and Washington Mutual.
