Lenders using the new LOS can be up and running within 4-6 weeks
Mortgage software provider Calyx has announced the launch of a new version of its cloud-based Path loan-origination system for lenders.
The company rebranded its LOS to Path Express, which features a real-time view of lenders’ pipeline, as well as an individual cloud database for each customer. Additionally, Path Express includes the Path Agile Compliance tool that offers automated compliance alerts, audit trails, fee history tracking, rules-engine capabilities, and fully configurable compliance workflow.
The new system is pre-configured with standard settings based on “industry best practices for a quick and simple implementation process,” according to Calyx. On average, lenders can implement Path Express within four to six weeks.
Calyx said that it would continue to offer its Path Enterprise version, which is designed to streamline loan production for multi-channel, multi-branch lenders.
