Carrington has announced the opening of its fifth Virginia branch
Carrington Mortgage Services has announced the opening of its fifth retail branch in Virginia. The branch, located in Tyson’s Corner, Va., will be managed by industry veteran Terry Rowland.
Rowland brings 25 years of experience to Carrington. Prior to joining the company, he held executive positions with several national lenders and headed retail, wholesale and correspondent lending departments.
Under Rowland’s leadership, the new Tyson’s Corner Branch will focus on continued growth, provide a range of product offerings and reach out to underserved borrowers in the sub-640 FICO score range.
“Carrington remains sharply focused on increasing our capacity, expanding our offerings in a compliant manner while maintaining our high standards for loan quality and widening our reach to effectively serve those consumers who most need the specific expertise we can provide,” said Ray Brousseau, executive vice president of Carrington’s Mortgage Lending Division. “These commitments require strong leadership at the local level, which is exactly what we expect from Terry Rowland. With Terry’s industry experience, local market knowledge and tenacity to meet the unique needs of borrowers in today’s housing market, he is well positioned to lead our Tysons Corner branch toward providing enhanced service to our customers in the Washington metropolitan area.”
