The exec will serve as the company’s EVP of capital markets
Cherry Creek Capital Mortgage Company has announced the addition of Matt Garlinghouse to its leadership team as executive vice president of capital markets.
Garlinghouse has more than two decades of experience in finance, portfolio lending, mortgage banking, and capital markets. In his new role, Garlinghouse will oversee trading, product pricing and development, investor relations, post-closing, and risk management at Cherry Creek.
"Joining the Cherry Creek Mortgage team is an exciting milestone in my career," Garlinghouse said. "The culture of the company and the supportive, longstanding leadership drew me to Cherry Creek Mortgage, and I'm excited about the opportunity to lead the capital markets team and support homebuyers throughout the country."
Most recently, he served as senior vice president of capital markets at Supreme Lending. Garlinghouse has also held leadership roles at EverBank and the Marriott Vacation Club International.
